The Ferrari in fact began Italian Enzo Ferrariís establishment of the Scuderia Ferrari in 1929. He didnít exactly build the company for the purpose of selling luxury sports cars built for the road, but to simply provide sponsorship for the Modena-based amateur car racers and enthusiasts. Its founder, for a time, successfully raced drivers in Alfa Romeos until he learned of Alfa Romeoís intent to purchase Scuderia.

By 1983 the 1500 Veloce engine was upto 105bhp, mainly due to the new camshafts, which now only used one lobe per valve, and shim tappets. This engine was used in the final Alfasud Ti model (the Green Cloverleaf), the Sprint and the 33.
The engine was increased to 1712cc in 1986 which gave 118bhp. From around 1988, the engines had new hydraulic tappet heads. Both types of 1700cc engine were used in the final Sprints and the 33 series 2.

I’ve got a 1989 Alfasud and in 1989 there where 418 Sud’s build and my Sud is number 414 and  it has 68000 kilometers on it and runs so Cool.

Not my car but comes close to my Alfasud same sound and also black!
